
Welcome to Florence's only Italian-fusion supper club!
SAPORITA was born in December of 2022 when my friend, Phoebe Hunt, and I wanted to create a way to bring people together over great food and wine. She found a perfect venue in B.East Gallery in Sant'Ambrogio, and I came up with a concept that paid homage to my time in culinary school in Florence, where I studied Tuscan cuisine in class and my classmates from Korea, Brazil, and beyond taught me their recipes from home during our free time.

Each SAPORITA fusion menu combines Italian cooking techniques with flavors from other countries. Just a few favorite dishes have been Thai khao soi tagliatelle, Mexican elote-stuffed fried zucchini flowers, and American banana pudding tiramisu.
The project is a love letter to flavors around the world—and to Florence's flourishing international community.
